At the center of even our most complex difficulties there is usually some simple core issue. But logical analysis can't always get us there, so I take an intuitive approach to uncover it.
Hypno-Awareness Therapy is like hypnotherapy without the deep-trance hypnosis. This means that it does require a little more conscious intentional work yourself after our session, but it also means that everything we do in the session will be fully accessible to you. And the customized mental tools we develop together will be yours to use anytime you need them. Finally, where many good insights and intentions fall flat is simply a lack of practical implementation. After creating a solid turning point, we still need to start moving in that new direction... As an experienced educational advisor and life coach I will help you find ways to plan and follow through with making progress on your goals in your daily life. And because everyone's circumstances are different, we will find the ways that actually fit in with your lifestyle so they are doable and sustainable over the long term, for you. We will work on creating that turning point from the first session. We will extend that and apply it in the following session or two and work on putting together an action plan from there. Realistically it could take 3-5 sessions to really get stabilized in the process and some staggered follow-up sessions are of course available and often helpful for the long-term.
