And from the other direction, trying to strictly avoid negativity seems to easily lead to a life of fearful discrimination against negativity. How healthy or positive does that really look?
From the very start, this course tries to take a different approach to the whole thing. We begin by acknowledging where you are at right now and accepting that negativity actually has a place in this life. Then we go on a gentle process of re-balancing with the goal of simply re-arranging which space and how much of it is taken up by negativity or positivity. Hopefully more positivity and less negativity, but it doesn't have to be a game of "all or nothing". Yes, it's a journey, and I hope you will step out onto the path with me--
